Product Forming

Cotton-linen blend: Matte, naturally wrinkled texture. Soft, breathable, durable, moisture-wicking. Eco-friendly (biodegradable/recyclable), meets EU REACH & FSC standards.

Non-woven fabric (PP/biodegradable PLA):
Spunbonded/needle-punched, uniform & lightweight. Water/tear-resistant, dustproof. Two options: biodegradable (PLA) & reusable (PP) – fits environmental and cost requirements.

Oxford cloth (cotton/polyester)
High-density basketweave (2×2/1×1). Durable, coated water-resistant, wrinkle-resistant, smooth glossy, easy to maintain. Polyester (cost-effective) / cotton (natural breathable).

Heavy-duty (cotton/blend) → durable/tear-resistant/high load-bearing. Cotton (eco-breathable); blend (water-resistant/anti-shrink).

Water-based Inks
With water as the main solvent, it has extremely low VOCs, no pungent odor, minimal harm to humans and the environment, and is suitable for high-environmental-requirement scenarios like food packaging and children's products.

Soy/ Vegetable Based Inks
Renewable & Eco-friendly: Using vegetable oils (e.g., soybean oil, linseed oil) instead of traditional mineral oil, it is biodegradable, has far lower VOCs than oil-based inks, no toxic residues, and can be directly used on food-contact paper.

Fluorescent Color Inks
Contains fluorescent pigments: high color saturation in natural light (e.g., bright pink, fluorescent green); obvious fluorescence under UV light, strong visual impact. Suitable for warning signs, toy packaging, promotional posters, and concert tickets (anti-counterfeiting).

Oil Based Inks
With mineral oil & organic solvents as carriers, the ink film is water-resistant, friction- & chemical-resistant and non-fading after drying. Color Standardization: Global Pantone Color Guide (PMS) assigns each color unique code, resolves design-print-production color deviation, ensures color consistency across equipment & materials. Suitable for brand visual design, packaging printing & product appearance color matching.

Pantone Metallic
Texture & Luster: Part of the Pantone system's "special effect colors", the ink contains metal powders (e.g., aluminum powder, copper powder) and delivers fine metallic luster after printing. Suitable for high-end gift box packaging and as an alternative to gold stamping for brand logos.

Hot Foil Stamping
Requires high temperature and pressure to transfer metal foils (gold/silver/colored) to substrates, delivering strong metallic luster and premium texture; high adhesion and wear resistance; suitable for logos and gift boxes.
